I seem to have discovered the artistic streak in my personality. I think I'm going back to Office Max tomorrow to buy colored sharpies and an exacto-knife. And maybe some green paint and a couple brushes. I'm anxious to move into Colin's room so I can begin my projects.

Also today, I found a veritable treasure trove of high school and college history notes on the bookshelf in the hallway. But nothing compares to the nineteen 3-ring binders full of exceptionally historical stuff that Lynn gave me before she left for Arizona. Happily for me, it seems she neglected to follow the teacher's orders when he asked for all the handouts back at the end of junior year. I'm very much looking forward to looking through it all.

I have a lot of projects in the works, come to think of it. Dad and I are going to build a canoe. Just a little 15-footer. Wood and fiberglass. Very light. So when I go to Office Max I also need to get newsprint so we can plot the blueprints.

I spent some more time at the mall and Ikea today with Bri and Timmy. Ikea is now my favorite store. I want to buy a bedframe for my new bed. And I want to buy many other things. But alas, I am not wealthy, so I will try to restrain myself.

Now it is bedtime.
