Sorry everyone. I disappeared for a while. I was successful in finding my motivation, and was thus forced to hole myself up in the library and other such undesirable places all week. But happily, I finished my unit plan and working portfolio and my paper about Congress. Now I can really say everything is done except the loose ends. So perhaps I'll be bored enough to post a little more often.

The homework really wasn't all bad. I spent nearly all of Saturday, from 11am until nearly 6pm, in Marty's, during which time I had a wonderful conversation with Dustro about congress, education, and other such topics within the realm of public policy. It was exceedingly interesting, and we decided that the two of us could probably rule the world quite efficiently. I suppose we both could have been more efficient paper writers, but at the time, such lively discussion was far more engaging.

The other portion of my weekend was filled to the brim with opera. Friday and Saturday night performances of Albert Herring were both just smashing.

Aside from that, there is little else. It's my last 14 days of college. I'm off to make the most of it.
